2.Detailed manual and video to guide the use how to use the machine and maintenance,

also supply the specification settings for the speed and power to engrave or cut various material.

3.Important parts like the control card, we need you send the broken one to us and we return you a new one in warranty period.

4.If you meet the problems, we can solve it with pictures, videos etc, communication online/calling,

if necessary, offer door-door service. But you should pay some fees like tickets etc.
